I'll be the first to admit that I've let my site go untouched in its original design for too long, so I've decided that I wanted to redesign the site with frames and various other improvements.  I've really been fighting this decision, the site as it was originally constructed worked with any web browser and this site only works with Netscape 4, Internet Explorer 4 and newer.  As part of the updates, I've decided that I'm including advertisments on the web pages along with continuing to sell books and music from Amazon.com.

My Grandmother never blackened anything in her life and served it to us, and if she did, it was a mistake and called a mistake, and was thrown out and given to the dogs.  -Marcus Fontenot

As I state on the Info about Me page, since I created this page, I've moved back to Louisiana, so my passion and desire for this site has slowed slightly, I'll still maintain the site and provide updates.  I haven't done so yet, but I'm thinking of creating a few other web sites, one computer oriented and possibly creating my own merchant web site where we can provide products to other displaced cajuns who are looking for good original cajun food products.  I've been there and I know how difficult it can be to find original Louisiana products for that special cajun dish you are preparing.
